The staff were exceptional and so helpful, engaging and generally available for any queries or advice. The breakfast and dining perfect for our needs, excellent.

It was amazing! The view from our balcony was out of this world. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff there were delightful. The receptionist was very helpful and organised for us to keep the same room on the second night when another person was arriving. The breakfast was exceptional and on the second night when we were leaving early on the pilgrim trail, they gave us a packed breakfast and left it in the fridge in our room for us.

The hotel was easy to find, accessible, walking distance to all churches, bus station, restaurants and shops. The hotel has its own restaurant with a great atmosphere and beautiful panoramic view. Reasonable hotel rate with breakfast included. Our room was very clean & organised. The staff are all great and friendly too.

The hotel was very centrally situated and the staff, especially Maha, were very helpful. The view from our room was really amazing too. The restaurant next door IL Posta and the staff, especially Anna and her sons, a great bonus. Excellent food and service, beautiful views from the verandah. The only issue was that we had many steps to get to our room. Hotel was full so they were not able to give us a room on a lower floor. But again very helpful in taking our luggage up to the room on arrival and bringing it down before our departure. Assisi was wonderful experience and the hotel and the staff contributed to this success. Thank you all especially Maha and Anna

My son and I travelled to Assisi to venerate the Holy Relics of San Francesco. The location of the hotel is excellent, in the old town halfway between the Basilica of Santa Chiara and the Basilica of San Francesco. The room was clean and basic, with all the comforts a traveller required, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, the lemon cake was the best I have ever had.

The location was absolutely perfect for the centre of Assisi. Excellent location for the key religious sites in Assisi. We loved our room - overlooking the Umbrian hills. Especially loved the bell ringing on the hour. The staff were excellent. The young girl on reception was exceptionally helpful and the lovely lady in the dining room went above and beyond every morning. Wonderful staff.
