“I would recommend anyone with a car to stay here when visiting Assisi!”

We were welcomed by Rosalba and she was such a sweetie! The next day we met her son Giancarlo and he was so helpful! The hotel is located outside the walls of Assisi but it’s only a 500 metres walk uphill and you’re there! The hotel has parking and is next to a restaurant which is superb!

“Lovely, peaceful family-run hotel just down the hill from the basilica. Fantastic staff.”

The hotel is in an excellent location, a few hundred metres downhill from the basilica. Although the buses that stop directly outside the hotel aren't so frequent from the station, the C Line from the station is a 5-minute walk down the road. The family that runs the hotel are extremely helpful and kind. Very nice breakfast. The hotel was really peaceful. The restaurant attached to the hotel makes delicious meals.

Rosa is a warmth & good host & so is her daughter-in-law. Staying feels like home. There is a good restaurant as well for dinner.

Great location, at the bottom of Assisi. It's a short walk up and perfect if you have a car and want to avoid going into the city. Quiet even with the window on the restaurant. Nice staff, all good. Would recommend and return.

Very clean room, free car park, very close to the main attractions (700 m up the hill), fantastic view from the room, very friendly staff. Very testy breakfast and coffee. I wish I could stay here again.

It was like home away from home. The hosts treated us like family.

The room was comfortable and met our expectations. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of breads, pastries, and cookies, though no fresh fruit. The hotel is within walking distance of the Basilica of San Francis Assisi, but those with limited mobility may need a car or taxi to reach it.

Family run. Very friendly team, you might say you become part of the "family". Breakfast was abundant, especially with a large assortment of local cakes and confectionaries. One cannot miss the "Buon Giorno" from Liliana, her husband Giancarlo and Nonna Rosalba. Location is very close to St Francis Basilica. Ample free parking included. Room has all the essentials, including a small but nice bathroom. If you end up in the evening inside due to incline weather there is a good assortment of TV channels (sorry but most are in italian language).

It is a small Bed and Breakfast, good and with comfortable beds.

every time we come to Assisi, we stay here in this hotel, because the hotel is amazing. the location is amazing, safe parking, hotel owners are friendly, helpful people, spacious and clean rooms. amazing breakfast, there is a great restaurant in the courtyard of the hotel. everything is great!!!

No frills place, but quite comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok. Free parking, because the hotel is away from the city center - it is a 500 mts distance to the center but you have to walk a very steep hill.
