Hotel is situated in perfect place to discover Assisi, it's just 2 minutes away from the Basilica and also very close to the bus station and parking. Building had its own charm, rooms have decent size, beds are comfy, you can clearly see that amenities like elevator and everything in bathroom are newly renowated and are pristine clean. Breakfast is good, with wide selection of backed goods, there are also cold cuts, cheese, fruits, drinks. Staff is polite and very friendly.

“Very budget basic hotel - don’t be fooled by the listing”

Similar basic format to Minerva in Siena, but a little more attractive building. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Parking is far removed and not easy to access, but that is due to the town, not the hotel. Location is reasonable but a long walk from the main part of town. Bed reasonably comfortable - better pillows than Mirvac Siena ! Aircon worked well.

Situated quite near the centre of Assisi and only 5 minutes walk from the main Basilica. You can reach most places of interest in Assisi by walking around. Assisi is full of uphills and high steps: so you struggle one way, and easily enjoy going downhill on returning. You can easily reach the train station (hopefully the trains work!) and go out of Assisi by taking a nearby bus. The buffet breakfast is quite decent but you have to pay EXTRA for it, although it is only Eur10 per person. The room, ours was somewhat extra small, is simply decorated but very clean, tidy and pleasant.

i have been to the property before and will always return here. Super convenient to St Francis assisi cathedral as well as a short walk to the square and the church where blessed Carlos Accutis body lies. The coffe shops and religious shops are 2 minute walk away

Very well placed for Basilica and bus from station. Plenty of restaurants and easy to explore Assissi from there. Very comfortable, lovely hosts and good breakfast. This was our second visit.

Super friendly staff. I asked the receptionist to reserve a table for the dinner in that evening. His choice was excellent!! This hotel is located very close to the bus station so that you don’t have to drag your heavy luggage up hill. Be reminded this town is quite hilly. Very nice breakfast room, really cozy place.

Nice hotel in the "beginning" of Assisi - everything else is upwards from here, except parking which was down the hill a bit. Nice view down to the plains when you book a room with a view like I did. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had to leave quite early and wanted have breakfast earlier than the restaurant opened (breakfast between 7.30-9.30) and the staff let me have my breakfast even though everything was not ready after seven when I came down. Parking possibility in a parking facility nearby, cost 14 euros per day.

“Everything blessed except one thing...”

The location, a few minutes walk to the Basilica, was fantastic. The breakfast was amazing. All the staff were so kind and warm, except Sarah, who was really grumpy all the time. Even friendly good mornings and see you later from us could not get her to smile at all. What a pity ti encounter such a person, because Assisi is such a wonderful place full of the spirit of love and charity of St Francis and Saint Claire.

I loved EVERYTHING about my stay. The super friendly stuff! I had the best check-in experience ever :)). The location is superb! And I fell in love with Assisi so whenever I come back, I will definitely stay here again!
