Location - of course, this is a hilly area, so cannot be extremely perfect for all people and/or all occasions but when I consider it's geographical condition, the location is perfect Facility - small but excellent; also they are very systemised compare to many other small hotels in Italy View - my room had a beautiful view, which was exceptional; I even could see an air balloon flying early morning; I believe that I had a better view than even the traveller in the ballon

“Wonderful stay”

Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. I asked about a kettle in the room as there wasn't one initially, and the staff kindly provided one along with some tea. Hotel staff were warm and friendly, and they arranged a taxi from Assisi station upon my request, which I really appreciated. My single room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The location was great, and I felt safe and comfortable here as a solo female traveller.

Hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms small but spacious because their layout has been well thought-out, same with the adjoining bathroom which included a good hair dryer. You can adjust the airconditioning yourself which is great. Super clean hotel too. Unfortunately we did not get to get the full experience of the breakfast because we had activities/flights planned early and had to leave before it started, but the staff were super helpful and agreed to pack a small take-away bag for us with a bit of breakfast - it was delicious. The location of the hotel is perfectly in the middle of historic Assisi.
