“It was enjoyable stay . A very safe and tranquil place to stay very close to Assisi.”
It is a family run comfortable , spotlessly clean hotel. I would give it 100 stars if I weren't limited to just10!! Signora Daniela and her two boys would bend over backwards to satisfy anything we needed. In an other country , this little gem of a hotel would be easily classified at least 4 star Lux.

Great location. Few min walk from Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli. 10/10 Super helpful and friendly staff! Safe, private car park. Nice room with comfy beds, great bathroom and fast wifi. Superb breakfast!

Clean room, friendly staff, family atmosphere. We used this hotel for our trip base around Umbria, Toscana and Marche. It was the best choice we have ever made on Booking.com. We greatly recommend this hotel to all who travel to Umbria and want to discover this part of Italy. Just below Assisi it makes this hotel an excelent choice for all who want to see the origins of St.Francis. Also, when we decided to take a one day trip to Rome by train, hotel staff prepared us the food for the trip. We have never felt more at home as we did in this hotel. Definately will come back!

Very helpful and friendly owners. Excellent breakfast. Room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location close to Perugia airport and away from the busyness of central Assisi was perfect. We would happily stay here again. Fabulous value for money.

“A hotel that s more like a home!”
The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and it was centrally located a few minutes walk from the bus stop and a few stops away from the train station.

“Small and friendly hotel”
The owner of the hotel is an amazing, very friendly person, who made me feel welcome immediately in spite of the language barrier (she does not speak English). The hotel is situated just outside of the center of Santa Maria degli angeli , so the surroundings are very quiet, but it is close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very nice as well, though mostly sweet, and served in a beautiful space with large windows.
