“Very good stay, would recommend”

Very beautiful area, so close to the bus stop to take you into the old town in Assisi. The breakfast buffet was so good and offered so many different options. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Location is good if you are visiting St Francis of Assisi. 👍 Restaurants are near the area. This hotel is near the train station too. Walking distance to one of the biggest churches too.

The hotel is very beautiful and has a spiritual feel. It's spacious and very close to the metro station for visiting nearby places like Assisi and Perugia. It has some very nice gardens to rest in after a lot of walking in Assisi.

Great location 5 minutes walk to the station. Bus to Assisi old town outside the door. Large comfortable room and excellent breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful..

I went to Assisi to run a marathon, and the location was perfect for my purposes. The staff accommodated all my needs in a friendly way. It's a big hotel, without much character, run by a religious organisation. It's clean and efficient, with friendly staff, and everything worked perfectly. It's also very good value.

Not your ordinary hotel as when we checked in, we thought it was a hotel for priests, its like they are everywhere. We enjoyed the stay. It is near restaurants and parking was not an issue.

This hotel is at a great location for pilgrims to Assisi b/c it's within walking distance from the Assisi train station. It's better to stay here in the evening and then taking the bus uphill to Assisi in the next morning so you will have a seat before the bus becomes packed with visitors when it arrives at the train station which is the next stop. The hotel also has an excellent breakfast buffet.

“Close to Porziuncola, but not geared to private retreats.”

The best thing it has going for it is the proximity to the Porziuncola. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is very decent.
