“Lovely stay right next to Assisi”

Excellent location, right next to Assisi (just 15 minutes walk form our room). The staff was very kind and ready to help.

The hospitality of the family who own this beautiful country house was exceptional. From the moment we arrived Andrea and his family were super helpful. We were treated to a delicious coffee and homemade cake before we explored Assisi. The room was spotless and comfortable and the view of St Francis Basilica from our balcony was amazing. The grounds surrounding the country house have beautiful horses. I would highly recommend a stay with Andrea and family if visiting Assisi.

wonderful location and staff, unfortunately I did not use the swimming pool but it look very relaxing and offers a wow view. every detail is perfect. The house is so nice. The restaurant for the guests offers great food and large servings using only local products. The breakfast is so rich. Their oil, self produced, is special. I think I gained 1kg : ))

“A great overnight when you want to spend a day in Assisi”

The location was a beautiful spot just outside of Assisi with a view of the city, but a comfortable distance with super parking and a lovely staff.

Comfortable room, nice garden, and wonderful pool, all with views to Assisi. The restaurant was great and all the staff was welcoming and kind. It has the spirit of a family house with the professionality of a modern hotel.

Everything was just perfect. The owners are very nice and friendly people, the place itself is stunning and also breakfasts and dinners were delicious. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

The location is outside Assisi with a view of the cathedral. The family and staff were very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast is good and the restaurant excellent with food cooked to order.

“A wonderful stay in a very comfortable country house with excellent service and dining.”

This is a very comfortable country house with a superb view of the Basilica. We ate all our dinners here over 4 nights and the food was delicious especially the grilled meats over the fire cooked by Sandro. Pastas, soup, and bruschetta also delicious. Service is lovely in the dining room and throughout. Overall a wonderful stay.

I arrived early and was greeted with a warm welcome, offered a cup of coffee and directed to relax by the pool, whilst my room was being prepared. The pool is fantastic the views from the property stunning and the evening meal was value for money and delicious in a beautiful location, perfect start to my holiday. What ever I asked help with the staff helped me.

“A perfect Italian experience!!!!!!!”

It was a total dream!!!!!!Location super and everything is so traditional and beautiful.I was only there 2 nights yet I felt so welcome and like family.I eas given a free ride to the train station and an early breakfast. I spent ,10 days in Italy and this was by far the best experience. Bed was super comfy and food simple and great. I will be back and totally recommend this place.

Great location with easy road access to Assisi car parks. Easy to park at the hotel. Friendly staff (family run business) Tasty dinner which was reasonably priced. Clean comfortable room. Beautiful view of Assisi from the hotel. Breakfast was good, but have to ask for what you want and wait to be served.
