The breakfast is correct. The location is super, Assisi 2 minutes by car. The staff is very polite and helpful. Our rooms had big terrace. The rooms are clean. Parking with car is convenient.

Very welcoming agri tourism location 5mins drive to Assisi. Nice size rooms with air conditioning. Excellent restaurant on days that it’s open. Free parking and good value for money.

“An exceptional, lovely place”
It is a beautiful facility, well cared for, clean, renovated, with a wonderful and well cared-for garden to relax in. Both the indoors and the outdoors are great. If going to Assisi, this is certainly a place we would recommend and would like to return to.
