The location is walking distance to everywhere and others are accessible by bus ($1.3 euros if you buy it from the shop/restaurant). Breakfast is good and staff are very pleasant. The room is very comfortable especially the bed and duvet. The room is on the first floor and does not bother with the pedestrians on the road.

Case Brizi was one of the most welcoming places I have ever stayed in. The room was excellent - clean and well kept and very well decorated. Similarly the level of service from the host was exceptional - she was very accommodating and made the extra effort to help us keep our schedule. In addition to this, the apartments are right in the center of Assisi, so you can never miss a passagiata and aperitivi.

All staff were attentive, polite, friendly at all times. Room was beautiful! Everything was clean, attention to detail was everywhere from the room finishes to the breakfast lay out. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and the coffee was exceptional.

The location was perfect as centrally placed for all the main places in Assisi to walk to. The staff were so lovely. Always a smile and good morning at breakfast. Happy to help, make a coffee and for my birthday I had an Italian cake at breakfast! How kind and thoughtful. Clean and full of character rooms. Definitely stay again.

Loved the location, close to places if interest around Assisi. Reta and Olympia were so much help to us each day. The breakfast was a great start to the day.

The apartment is in the center, close to the Piazza del Communale, all sites in walking distance. Our room was nice, very stylish, sunny and comfortable. Olympia is extremely kind and friendly.
