Andrea manages his house in a professional way. He is also very kind and generous providing a lot of things for guests. We feel Casa Maria like home. We will choose to stay in Andrea’s casa again when coming back to Assisi one day. Being so considerate, Andrea made us feel very comfortable and warmly welcome in our 3 nights in. Casa Maria. We highly recommend this accomodation for anyone who plans to visit Assisi.

Casa Maria was very clean and well stocked with snacks, drinks, toiletries, etc. Andrea, our host, went out of his way to make sure we arrived safely and looked after us with extra care and hospitality. We had a very comfortable stay, and it was in a perfect location very close to many of Assisi's attractions.

A fantastic location just inside one of the old town gates. Easy walk to all sites. Host was incredibly helpful - he led us to the free parking and drove us back to the house. Very well-equipped kitchen, and lots of things for breakfast. Attractive front entrance.

BOOK THIS PLACE! I would rate this over a 10 if I could, honestly. Andrea clearly takes pride in his homes and the comfort of his guests. He goes above and beyond with every single little touch - from the many amenities provided in the bathroom, the snacks and coffee in the pantry, to his own handmade wood furniture. We were sadly only in Assisi for one night, but that one night was by far the most comfortable and enjoyable stay in any apartment we were in on our 14-day trip throughout Italy. This is a spacious home on a quiet street in a beautiful town. You will not regret a single moment at Andrea's place!! Thank you, Andrea!!!!
