We enjoyed to stay in Canto XI in Assisi, in a lovely but at the same historical building. The house was clean, fully-equiped, modern with all needed (above standard, for exemple there was a breakfast provided) and we were happy that it was very near to the center. The owners and their friend explained us everything, communication with them was without a problem and they helped us when we needed a help. Staying in this accommodation was a very good choice. “Perfect location for a stay in Assisi”

Perfect location close to restaurants and grocery stores, but still in a relatively quiet street

Great place to stay when visiting Assisi. Place is in the old town center, so all landmark and monuments are within walking distance. Hosts are very nice and super helpful. We were given very clear directions how to reach Canto. Also there is cafeteria with the best tiramisu just round the corner.

Excellent location, Paolo could not have been more helpful especially as the car broke down on the way. He helped us out of a difficult situation. The apartment was well appointed, clean and spacious. We would highly recommend it.

“Fantastic apartment in the centre of Assisi”

Great apartment in a perfect location that was less than 2 minutes walk from the centre of Assisi. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The arrangements with the parking worked well. The communication with the host was great with clear instructions to the parking and also checked to ensure that everything was working. Great value, I would happily come back to stay.

The host and all her communication, the property, the location were all ideal and wonderful. It has added again to our feeling that we absolutely love Assisi.

“Wonderful experience”

The apartment is extremely spacious, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The two bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need, including food for breakfast. The location is fantastic, very close to the Basilica di Santa Chiara. There is a parking lot belonging to the apartment very close by. The person who came to greet us was extremely friendly and helpful.

The apartment was located in an excellent location, clean and well equipped for cooking and relaxing in the dining area. The host answered questions promptly, and video called to help us locate our parking.

We especially appreciated: 1) all the very clear and detailed explanations we received from our host before our trip; 2) the excellent handling of our arrival, despite it being quite late (21:30), with a very dedicated person waiting for us to guide us to the location, providing us with the keys and many very helpful explanations; 3) the breakfast ingredients found on the spot which were very much appreciated the first morning, since we had not been able to buy anything on the way because of our late plane arrival; 4) the well equipped accomodation which was perfectly clean; 5) the secured parking place very close; 6) the perfect location within the town.

We were met promptly at the parking lot, escorted to the apartment and everything was explained to us in detail. The apartment is exceptionally beautiful and clean. We noticed the pleasant, good-smelling air in the apartment. We can recommend the apartment to everyone. There is nothing that didn't fit. Many thanks to the friendly and helpful hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay in Assisi. Federika and Paolo were wonderful hosts - very responsive and helpful at all times. Paolo gave clear instructions to a meeting point for accessing car parking on arrival, and provided great local recommendations during our stay. The carpark was situated in a secure lot only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. The apartment was located in a beautiful part of the old town, walking distance to all the main attractions of Assisi as well as fantastic places to eat and drink. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Our stay in Assisi was one of our favourites during a month long visit to Italy from New Zealand. “Very pleasant stay in charming apartment in the city of San Francesco”

Central location in the old town of Assisi; friendly and very helpful owners; welcome and introduction to the flat by a friendly person, not just a key deposited somewhere; well equiped, charming appartment, no defective equipment. Private parking lot about 5 minutes from the flat, really convenient for people travelling by car! We really enjoyed our stay in this special city and apartment!
