“outstanding”
The place is outstanding, very nice hotel at the foot of the Assisi Town. Ideal after a day in the crowded town to relax and enjoy the hotel. Excellent breakfast, marvelous massage and very nice team, we really enjoyed it a lot and have the wish, to come back!

Excellent location bellow the old town with a beautiful view of the town above. Nice property, bungalows are surrounded by olive trees. The breakfast is excellent with great choice of food. The stuff is kind and helpful. There is an excellent restaurant on the property.

The staff were so welcoming when we arrived late, they made our arrival so easy and the chef was very kind in creating a bit of a light supper for us and the waiting staff were really kind and friendly. The welcome was great and they took our bags from us and let us get on with finding something to eat and drink. The room was really comfortable, the bathroom very well appointed for the relatively small space. Great views from our room. Kettle and Nespresso machine, lovely proper bath towels. Breakfast was delicious and in a lovely room/terrace and it was lovely to be served rather than going up to a buffet for a change. The staff were all so lovely. The scrambled eggs were very yellow and perfect, the other options were all delicious and a perfect size and excellent quality. We didn't eat at the restaurant as it was shut on a Monday.

A beautiful place to stay with character with amazing views of Francis of Assisi Basillica. The restaurant was fabulous which is in the grounds. The staff were all so helpful and couldn't do enough.
