“We had a wonderful time in Assisi and thought the hotel and its staff were wonderful.”
We stayed in the annex in a deluxe room, which was fantastic. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The view from our bedroom window across the valley was superb. We were in the centre of everything we planned to see and visit. The staff were always pleased to help, especially Anna. As we landed late into Perugia, Anna kept in touch with us several times to establish our ETA so our room key could be made available with the minimum of fuss. Breakfast was fine, a reasonable choice and something for everyone.

“Excellent if you like a hard mattress.”
Excellent location in the heart of the town. Good breakfast with a good choice of hot and cold food. Room was a good size with good amenities and a well appointed bathroom.

The hotel is located in a great area. It is a very old building and is renovated inside.Our room was very big, clean and beautiful. The bed was also very comfy. The staff was super kind and accommodating. We would prefer this place again for sure :)

Very good location and rooms were very comfortable and sheets and towels were spotless. Breakfast spread was reasonably good. Front desk staff were helpful

“Excellent location”
Very central. Very helpful staff, nothing too much for them. Really excellent selection for breakfast. Very quiet, considering the location. They kept our luggage for us, even though we had a late evening flight, this made our day so much easier.

“Mould problem in rooms. Try somewhere else.”
The location of the main hotel was good, we were placed in a separate building that wasn’t clear when booking. We were put in the wrong type of room, not what we booked.

Location was great. Bed was comfy. One lady on reception was incredibly helpful with good customer service (I did not catch her name but she had dark curly hair)
