Overview
Located 3 km outside of Assisi, this charming farmhouse is set in over 22 hectares of private land. It features an outdoor swimming pool, vineyards and sunflower fields. Agriturismo Podere La Fornace offers both rooms and apartments. All come with original features such as wood-beamed ceilings and tiled floors. You will have free Wi-Fi, a TV and private bathroom. Apartments also feature a kitchen with dishwasher. Podere La Fornace features a self-service laundry room and a lounge with small library. Towels for the swimming pool are provided and there is also table football. Breakfast is buffet style and includes homemade products. Parking is free and Assisi centre is 10 minutes' drive away. Bikes are free to rent.

The perfect tranquil place to relax and unwind. The views were so beautiful. We had everything we could need in the one bed apartment. Eddie was a fantastic, allowed us to check in very early due to train strikes a change in our transfer time. He very kindly also took me to the supermarket to pick up some essentials and dinner. Thank you so much.

The accommodation was truly exceptional. It far exceeded our expectations. A beautiful garden, or which is sensitively cared for. Tall trees offer shade for a picnic and the pool was top. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. Yes, beautiful. I can't help but film it. Eddie, the owner, took wonderful care of us, he was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and in a beautiful restaurant setting. It is impossible to describe the whole place, it is magical. The space of the huge garden provided relaxation and the children could chase and hide in the safety of the beautiful garden with a stream, barbecue, ancient trees, and jasmine and roses smelled everywhere. “Great place to experience Umbria”
Room ambience, nature around and helpful host. The hotel is in classic Italian style. There is a lot of fruit trees and wineyard.

“Amazing hosts, good food and a great location”
Centrally located and a good base to explore Umbria. The estate is beautiful, tranquil and safe. The hosts provided great recommendations that were extremely useful for a first timer in Umbria. They were hospitable and made every guest feel welcomed. The restaurant has great food and staff.

Quaint, beautiful land - short walk through vineyard and fruit trees Friendly staff Restaurant was excellent, using ingredients from the agriturismo - you cannot get fresher than that! Chef is very talented and all for a good price. One of my favourite meals of my trip!
