“Asissi visit”
View of asissi is stunning the property outside is immaculate owners are very welcoming albeit little English spoken but not an issue whatsoever the actual building is spotlessly clean had a great night's sleep would recommend to anyone will definitely stay here again if in this area 😀

Was lovely. We stayed two nights. Extremely close to Assisi, would could even walk if you wanted. Spello was 20 minutes drive. The property had a lovely pool and play area for the kids. Breakfast was basic, but good enough to get you going.

This place is stunning. I wish we could have stayed longer. It has everything you look for in a vacation spot. And the view of Assisi above is like something out of fairytale.

Great rural location. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Loved the pool. Great place to relax for a few days at the end of our month long visit to Italy.

Great pool, playground and garden Staff friendly, but did not speak english, so they were not very helpful for non italian guests. We had booked two double rooms (only double rooms available on booking.com), but at arrival one of the rooms actually had four beds. The staff were accommodating and allowed us to change the booking immediately.

beautiful location and everything very clean. Seemed that they were not completely ready yet as the swimming pool was still closed when we arrived. thankfully they opened the next day and it was very nice. Bit old fashioned in regards of the rooms and breakfast offering.
