The facilities are really nice. It was also a quiet weekend, so that was relaxing for us. It had a complementary boat ride we took to access the beach front - took a long walk on the beach, a playground that the children absolutely loved, and a nice pool.

“Magnificent settings but bring your own mosquito net if you eant to sleep!”
Le location was idyllic, the garden landscaping and rooms in the form of cute cottages with hatched roofs, the pool, all the views were great and the staff was very polite and kind. It looked lime paradise…at least during the day.

“We stayed for one night and checked out to go to another hotel to eat and swim.”
The place is clean and affordable. We got there around four pm and we were really hungry but they did not serve snacks and the kitchen was closed. The swimming pool is too small. If you are looking for a quiet place, and a place to read go there, otherwise you will be very bored. I will not be coming there with my kids as I didn't find it kids friendly.

The staff were very kind, friendly and considerate. We were allowed to check in before check in time because we arrived earlier than expected. There was a boat available during the day to take us to the beach and the food was really good.

African Queen Lodge is one of the more serene and beautiful hotels we've been to in Assinie. The pool was a real highlight! The rooms were spacious and clean. The decor was beautiful. The restaurants staff were friendly and very accommodating. It exceeded our expectations.
