Breakfast was delicious and the presentation was lovely and impeccably clean. Was extremely pleased to see so many items available. The extra dark roast coffee was delicious and so very flavourful. The young lady who sets up breakfast in the morning was a pleasure to speak with and very personable. Thank you for your service!

“Great value for money spent, and awesome staff!”
The Canalta Assiniboia is a great value for money spent, and has so many pluses that I would not hesitate to book here again! My elderly aunt, a smoker with limited mobility, was very happy to stay in a room on the main level, which had its own outdoor entrance, so she could slip outside easily at any time to enjoy a puff. She also spent probably 80% of her Assiniboia stay in her hotel room, and thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and because she could not get herself up before the end the complementary breakfast, the staff even put aside some treats each day (by request)! The room was clean and well equipped, with a Keurig, a microwave, fridge and pantry area, a bathroom with a shower, a large TV with cable, a desk and office chair, a bench and a lounge chair, along with the two very comfortable queen beds! There is really nothing comparable in Assiniboia, and even if there were, the Canalta would still be our first choice!

This hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed. From the time we arrived until we left, it was great. This is a clean well maintained hotel. Staff are fantastic. The breakfast was exceptional. If all Canalta hotels are like this one, we will be staying at them when we travel.
