It is the people that make your stay unforgettable - and thanks to Sophie, we'll remember staying in Assendelft for a long time. Sophie prepared for us breakfast to go, which was actually like a normal breakfast. We were warmly welcomed, even though we were only there for one night. The room is beautifully, tastefully furnished, with attention to detail.

Most memorable, because the host was so kind. She even offered us a basket of breakfast and a little souvenir and chocolates on checking out.

“Amazing place, highly recommend”
The private terrace was divine! Even though we did not get breakfast with our stay, Sophia offered us a huge basket full of everything from muffins to fruit, as well as stuffed our fridge with eggs, ham, cheese, milk, orange juice etc. She made us feel like at home and her daughter played with my 5 year old daughter. I can’t recommend this place enough! Also, following Sophia’s instructions, we arrived in Amsterdam in 25 minutes! You will love this place and the owner. I give it 1000 stars ❤️

Very nice, well-equipped accommodation including a kitchenette. A nice surprise in the form of prepared basic foods and fruit. The pleasant owner welcomed us with coffee and a small sweet. An ideal location for a few-day visit to Amsterdam, the attractions in Nord Park and the Zaan Windmill open-air museum.

“Impresive”
We were delighted to see that even though we didn’t book breakfast, there was breakfast for us as a present! Fresh eggs, natural yoghurt, nothing was amiss. We were really, really impressed. It was very clean and with all the amenities you could imagine. Nice terrace and free parking and wifi
