Good value accommodation in an area with little competition. Check in and checkout was very easy. The room was very clean. The shower had plenty of hot water. The pillows were new and clean.

“will definately stay here again”
Travelled just before the new year with 02 grown up kids ,owner and family nice people. It is actually a studio apt where you have small kichenette and utensils are also provided ,shop next door gets you all groceries and daily use .I definately rrecommend this to families .Morjorim Vagator beaches are 3-4 kms .

It is best place in Goa for stay. Even we lived in AirBNB as well but other than it but still we can say this was best stay in Goa
