My stay at ROYALE ASSAGAO was most incredible experience in Goa. The hospitality and service of everyone in the hotel has been simply fantastic. Staff made our stay comfortable and enjoyable The breakfast was good and also Dinner. Also the swimming pool was the most enjoyable.

“Pathetic Property”

I regret to share a disappointing experience during my recent stay at The Royale Assagao in Goa. To begin with, the property seemed to be a converted apartment complex with certain blocks lacking lifts, which proved inconvenient for a family holiday. The rooms, unfortunately, were in a state of disrepair, showing signs of age with peeling paint, cracks, and an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a garbage yard. The in-house restaurant added to the overall dissatisfaction, charging an exorbitant 150 rupees for a cup of coffee, and offering food that fell far below basic expectations. As if this wasn't enough, our departure was marred by the loss of a pair of clothes left on the balcony. Upon returning to retrieve them, the staff insisted they were not there. More unsettling was the discovery that items were missing from our luggage, including a hair dryer, sun shades, and my wife's makeup kit, which we had left at the reception. Despite reaching out to Deepali Porob, the Operations Manager, no resolution or response was provided. Her lack of follow-up and responsiveness added to the overall frustration, leaving us with a bitter taste from what was intended to be a family holiday. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at The Royale Assagao to ensure a more enjoyable and trouble-free experience in Goa.

Fabulous resort with quite place to stay in. From the balcony we can sip a drink with food nice for chilling around for peaceful mind. The location of our room was perfect. It was wonderful experience worth booking the property, staff and service was excellent and Well behave Recommended for peaceful mind

Looking for a stay in North Goa peaceful and serene place to stay. Warmly received by the front office, Room which got was very nice and spacious with balcony just what we wanted. Staff and services was prompt. Ordered food for Dinner food was very tasty. Highly recommended for those looking for peaceful stay.
