“It was very disappinting”
No care taker. Network issue with phone. No breakfast was available even though it was included in the rates...I had to order it from Zomato and spent 600 extra for breakfast. Disappointed.

“Excellent, comfortable enjoyable, home away from home stay.”
Excellent choice of breakfast. Fresh delicious and served with smiles in the morning. The staff right from housekeeping to food service are excellent. Mr Avinash the main person at the property is an asset to the property. He did every thing possible to make our stay most enjoyable and comfortable. I could also see him work nonstop and was available at every time. His 'no problem' attitude will take him a long way.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and everything worked fine for us, and they let us store our bags there and relax after check out before our journey onwards

“Envious location”
Fabulous location with the best of North goas shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Easy parking. Access to a swimming pool. Spacious. Service from Avinash Sharma was excellent. Breakfast to order, was freshly made and over generous! Fresh juice, tea /coffee, pohé/upma/eggs + toast, either in the room or in the restaurant, included in the very reasonable cost.

“Nothing to keep engaged for a single couple. Rest all is ok. Breakfast service can be improved.”
Room is spacious and tidy. Bathrooms are clean and hygienic. The greenery around is good and pool is nice though we couldn't use it due to rainy season.

“not so good”
The Overall Ambience, The Rustic Surroundings, The Rooms, The Bathroom, The Simple Toileteries, The Drawing room sofa and its arrangements. the BF was made by them in a seprate kitchen /pantry far away within the plot. but the taste was good - eggs and Indian poha and the green tea. The bathroom linen was white and clean.
