This is a little oasis. The owner, Josef, is unremitingly charming :) We celebrated his birthday with him with a shot of Irish whiskey, he twice snuck little bouquets of roses he had collected from his beautiful garden into my hands to give to my partner. Warm handshakes and manly hugs abounded! You really have to stay here :)

“A great place if you want a friendly stay close to Vardzia”
Check-in went super smoothly even though we were arriving later in the evening. The breakfast provided is above and beyond, including doing a morning shot with the host. The rooms are comfortable, with everything you need provided.

“Unexpected gem, great base for numerous trips.”
The owners were very kind, friendly and most helpful, providing useful advise on various things, be it the transport, the nearby spa, local shops etc. The facility is opened to various kind of travellers, including these wishing to pitch their tent in the garden and yes, there was an exraordinaty traveller with a tent motorbiking from Italy! Our room was spacy and perfectly clean, incl. the bathroom. The garden provides great sitting for evening chats or morning breakfasts with your co-travellers or to meet other guests. There are both indoor kitchen and garden kitchen available. Amazing place!

“The friendliest guesthouse in the region”
The friendliest, most welcoming guesthouse you will ever find. The owner made us feel like part of the family immediately, offering us his homemade chacha and snacks as a welcome and chatting with us throughout the evening. The room for the four of us was spacious and perfect for four students. The garden and the views from the balcony were lovely with the owner's puppy also being one of the highlights! There are stores, bakeries, restaurants etc. really near the place and the region's scenery is just epic!
