I stayed here with my family and had a good experience. The place was clean when we arrived, the beds were good and the kitchen was practical with staff we needed. The bathrooms were clean, self check-in was simple and stress-free and the location was handy for shops and the beach

“A clean and well equipped place”
Stayed here again and had a really good experience. The place was clean when we arrived, the beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and both bathrooms were clean and worked perfectly throughout our stay.The location was really handy.Check-in was straightforward, parking was easy and overall we felt it was great value for money. We'd happily stay here again.

Not very clean, linen was soiled and uncomfortable. No basic supplies: tissues, paper towel, glasses, cutlery. Cheap towels, no soap etc. No remote for Garage, no key for Garage door.

NOTHING. Dont stay here. We had 2 key lock boxes on the front door and could not open either. Mobile number provided was turned off and not reachable. We live 3 hours away and was visiting the area for a soccer tournament that day, But we chose to drive back home late at night after numerous attempts to the mobile number, then the following morning and day (Sunday), still not reachable. Then got an email stating that they hoped we enjoyed our stay. I mean really??? Finally got a reply to one of the numerous emails/messages I sent them, (monday) not even considering any amount of money passed back to me, and stating that the lock boxes work, even though 1 of them has a partial drill hole in it (must of been issues in past visits)

It’s such a shame, because the accommodation itself is stunning — spacious, beautifully built, and nicely decorated. But the cleanliness was absolutely shocking. The toilets weren’t clean, with visible faeces stains. We ended up trying to clean them ourselves just to be able to use them, and in the process found old, stale fries hidden behind the toilet upstairs, which made it clear the place hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. The bedsheets were also not changed. There were short hairs on them, along with tiny red specks that appeared to be blood stains. For a home this beautiful, the lack of basic cleanliness was extremely disappointing.
