“Misleading from booking.com and hotel mis sold description”
I travelled from the UK to Colorado America. Looked at many hotels and criteria required. Facilities, comfort. There was building work all on the rooms, not terrace as stated, no pool, no hot tub or gym facilities. No breakfast option. Scaffolding covering windows and balconies and building men drilling outside.

“In the end we enjoyed our stay - the staff made it great.”
It’s essentially a ski hotel and we arrived in the down season when it was receiving renovations. Nearly the entire ground floor was being worked on and rooms were taken by builders. The food in the restaurant was nice and the staff are lovely. The shuttle bus into town is a great idea and made the stay easy and pleasant.

“Would definitely come back!”
The staff was very friendly. The room is actually quite spacious with a lot of storage space. Beds are comfy, and I didn't need tu turn on the a/c because our room was on the shady side of the building, which is great in summer!

“Enjoyable stay”
Great bar/restaurant and lovely the lobby with ski lockers for each room. The shuttle was fantastic (note-does not go to Snowmass) and really efficient! Fantastic location! Rooms were very clean.

Although a little way out of Aspen the complementary bus service was very well run and wait times short.
