“Beautiful villa with annoying hosts”
[EDIT] After reading host's response to my review (I had rated them 8/10 prior to this edit) I decided to downgrade my review to 1/10. It's a newly built villa with several rooms per floor. Building is in very good condition. Rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, have AC and balconies with a lake view. Villa has a very spacious common kitchen which included cutlery, several fridges, two stoves, oven and a kitchen island. It has a beautiful outdoor area with plenty of tables for eating. There's an outdoor pool filled with a clean water, sun beds next to the pool. Outdoor barbecue was available (we only had to bring our coal).

“There is no working guesthouse de-facto”
There is no working guesthouse. Some old lady met us, said there is no booking made (which wasn't true), later that they are not working with Booking.com (which is wrong), then some old tipsy guy came and was offensive. We left.

Eco House Kitana, nestled in the Bulgarian countryside, is a great spot for a relaxing getaway. The house is well-maintained, modern, and has a friendly, helpful staff. The surrounding village adds to the charm, featuring a delightful restaurant called Camellia that serves authentic Bulgarian cuisine. The nearby Salla Estate winery is worth a visit too, offering a memorable day trip. Just a heads-up, Eco-house is cash only (by the time of posting this). All in all a stay at Eco House Kitana surely brings you closer to a real Bulgarian experience.

“Wonderfully relaxing”
The room was lovely, very clean, with comfortable beds and a great bathroom. The shared kitchen is an awesome idea, what's more it is perfectly furnished. The swimming pool is nice as well and the view on the lake (swimmable!) is stunning. Communication with the host was great and we were warmly welcomed.
