Excellent accomodation. Clean, comfortable and very friendly service. Liked that it had washing machines and a common area for guests which had free tea/coffee kitchen and microwave. Highly recommended if you are planning a stay in Aso

Location excellent . Very Close to ammenities , food and onsen. Excellent front desk staff, very helpful and very good recommendation to very good food at ASO! Rooms are big and clean and have a good mt ASO View! Serve good coffee and miso Soup at the big pantry!

“New hotel with soft beds and coin laundry.”
New hotel.Comfortable twin room.We had a view.Comfortable bed with thick pillow top.Shower but no bath. Coin laundry with 2 top loading washing machines.Right next to Aso station but quiet.Nice common area.

“Comfortable and Spacious Stay Near Aso Station”
The hotel has a very convenient location near Aso Station with easy access by both train and car. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and provided a very warm welcome, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

“Rooms with views!”
An ideal place to stay when exploring the surrounds of Mt Aso. A sizeable room and very pleasantly fitted out. Love that the windows are big giving an almost panoramic view of the scenic mountains. Despite the hotel not having an in-house kitchen to serve breakfast, that wasn't a problem as the communal dining space is well- equipped for warming up store- bought pastries.

“Terrific stay highly recommended”
The service was great and the morning Bento 🍱 was very nice. The onsen next door is also very accessible and old school worth having a look. The free footbath is also really nice in the morning to get the day started. The beds are very comfy and the whole stay was very welcoming from start to finish.

“Perfect.”
Very well run hotel, the location was perfect. The main train station and my car rental place were literally just outside the hotel. And the coffee machine was great free multiple coffees everyday.

“Beautiful hotel close to Mt ASO”
The location was close to mt ASO When we arrived our room had a view of a garden and carpark. They upgraded us to a room with a view of Mt ASO the next night. Very modern and comfortable hotel

“Great, would stay there again,”
less than 5 mins from the train station as it is literally opposite. Rooms were very clean and modern, good deisgn with toilet and shower separated. Beds were very comfortable, we all slept well each night. Appreciate the pantry with microwave and small oven + coffee machine + tea + miso soup and eating area.

“Great place to stay in Aso”
Super convenient location. Room was bigger than expected for Japan. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and well maintained. They even provided recommendations for nearby restaurants. Bed was extremely comfy.

“Very nice place to stay.”
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. Since we don’t speak Japanese, Yoshida kindly helped us book our golf club reservation and was very patient throughout the process. We truly appreciated his support.

Very welcoming helpful staff 5* Really good beds and bedding, lots of room to move about the room, excellent shower. Best of all was the guest lounge on the 1st floor. Well equipped and comfy seats
