“Picture perfect and so delightful”
What a venue, so traditional and adorable, we had the best couple of days here, close to Omaha beach and the American cemetery and only a quick 6 mins drive to three restaurants. Hosts were amazing and very attentive leaving out nightcaps and chocolates every night The breakfasts supplied were outstanding, delicious fruits, pastries, yogurt, juices a selection of teas, coffees, breads, meat platters and of course cheese.

Lovely country mansion, very carefully well decorated. The location is perfect to explore the surroundings, including Omaha beach and the Cotentin. The breakfast was nice and generous (just like in the pictures), but the same every day and without new choices. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There is also a beautiful garden to relax in.

“Perfect for visiting the D-day area!”
Perfectly located in the D-day area, all major sights are within an hour drive. Large, spacious and well decorated rooms/building and an extensive breakfast. The village is very quiet with no other disturbance than the church's bell (which isnt even that loud).

“Charming manor and the warmest hosts”
We had the nicest experience staying at Le Bourg at Elaine and Darren’s place. They are the kindest hosts, very lovely people who welcomed us at the B&B like family. The location is convenient for exploring the Normandie area and WWII spots. And our room was super charming – with somewhat of a boutique hotel vibe. There is a garden with tables outside, and the vibe is just absolutely perfect. Thank you for having us!

“Perfect place for me and my mum to stay while visiting normandy, beautiful house village people 5*”
The breakfast was amazing everything we wanted even went to the trouble of getting personal choice coffee. The grounds are lovely and beautiful presented. A lovely place to stay very relaxing.The hosts were very welcoming ,friendly very knowledgeable of the area. beautiful house and lovely village, couldnt ask for more.

“Perfect for a luxurious stay in a cozy corner of Normandy.”
The friendly hosts made my stay feel like a home away from home. For a solo traveler, that’s the highest praise I can give. They’re always happy for a chat and even accommodated my very early rise on Dday! The room was beyond my expectations, with a ballroom sized bathroom, comfortable chairs and a cozy bed. The location near Omaha beach, in a hilly area with lots of lovely little villages is perfect, especially for people who want to explore the history of the area. I’ll definitely be back!

The owners were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, knowledgeable about the area and altogether such lovely people. The place itself is stunning, clean and comfortable and the breakfasts absolutely perfect; I could not have asked for more. As a location, it cannot be beat - quiet but close enough to all the things we were wanting to do. Overall, a joyous experience.

“Magical. Impressive. Cozy. Inviting. 10 gold stars!!!”
Het ontbijt was FANTASTISCH! Ik ben vegan en zij hebben extra moeite gedaan en ALLE vegan vleesvervanger / kaas / plantaardige yogurt en soy melk gekocht voor ons!! Each breakfast was a feast of fresh croissants , ripe fruit, juices, coffees and amazing vegan treats! Always on time, and treated us to wine upon arrival and Normandy special aperitifs in the evening. GORGEOUS room, every amenity! When we needed to keep some perishables in their refrigerator, we found a portable fridge in our room within 24 hours! Such amazing service! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding Anniversary this week and even when we arrived on the first night our room was decorated with glitter streamers, Normandy chocolates and a bucket of champagne chilling on ice (perfectly timed). Amazing attention to detail in a room that felt like a palace. Everything was glorious and perfect. They felt like family after a week. Kind, generous, excellent stories of the history of the building and surroundings...and classic British wit we love so much. My husband and I are already planning our next trip !
