The rooms were well-decorated - classy and comfortable. We also enjoyed the outside area and fireplace. The location is good and the place easy to find. We also enjoyed seeing the owls at night.

“GREAT”
I lost my car key and only realised it much later. René and Tobie put it on the local Whatsapp group and in no time it was found on the road by the police. Tobie then further elected to courier it to us when next they went to Upington. That is above and beyond...!!!

“Fine for a stop-over,”
Perfect as a stop over. Accommodation is a little small but it suited us well. No breakfast or dinner is offered but you can order dinner from a menu which is delivered to the premises by a third party. Braai facilities are available although I thought when I asked that there was none.

“A great guesthouse to stay in when visiting the Kgalagardi Transfronteer Park”
We chose Kalahari Camelthorn Guesthouse to overnight after leaving the Kgalagardi Transfronteer Park at 17:30, and we were not disappointed. A lot of love went into this guesthouse. We regarded our car as parking safe overnight.
