“Love the place”
Thank you so much! Its our second arrival to Pitharia in Askas, and we ll for sure come more. House ideal for 1-2 day hideout from cities, much fresher there in mountains than in coast Beautiful scene from balcony, mountains are all green and all the day you hear birds singing from every side. its a paradise village, you really dont want to go inside we set hours at the balcony with wine and tea and also got up at 5 am, it really worth it as birds were singing crazy and view was unbelievable on sunrise. Village itself is superquiet and its so good to have a chill walk around it. rooms are really comfortable and has all whats needed, a/c's, good internet and small kitchen, but better to take food with you as closest taverna was in Palaichori Oreinis

“Nice hotel os Askas”
Balcony was with great view. the house is fully equipped and the hotel manager is very nice. they helped us a lot with shopping for easter since we arrived by bike and were very communicative.

Amazing spot, perfect for a get away from the city. Romantic and cozy! Both the jacuzzi and the Woodburner were what we were looking for!!! Will go back again!

Wow — what an incredible and unique place! It truly felt like stepping back in time. I honestly felt like a medieval princess staying here. The atmosphere is magical, peaceful, and so special — unlike anywhere else we’ve ever stayed. Everything was spotless and clean, the house was warm and cozy, the jacuzzi was pure luxury and so relaxing, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. And the host was amazing — so kind, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. You can really feel the care and love they put into this place. Highly, highly recommended. A once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget. We would absolutely love to come back!

My sister and I stayed at Pitaria for four nights, and honestly, it was way beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home and completely fell in love with the place. The location is amazing — a beautiful, quiet village that feels authentic and peaceful, the perfect spot to slow down and really enjoy the experience. It’s calm, charming, and exactly what we were looking for. The house has everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the big hot bath, which was such a treat after long days out. The fireplace was incredible and made the place feel so cozy. The bed was super comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets, and there was heating, which made our stay even more comfortable. We never had a single issue with water or electricity during our stay. What really makes this place special is its history. Staying there felt unique and meaningful, and learning about what happened in this house in the past made the experience even more interesting. You can truly feel that the place has a soul. The terrace was unforgettable. We watched the sunset and later looked up at a sky full of stars — such peaceful, magical moments that we’ll remember for a long time. Overall, this was an amazing stay and we couldn’t have been happier. I would 100% recommend Pitaria to anyone looking for a special, cozy, and authentic place to stay. We would absolutely come back.

It’s a cute and charming medieval house with a fireplace and a terrace with a nice view of the night sky, the staff provided wooden logs for the fireplace and were very helpful providing directions.

Very spacious studio apartment with authentic decorations, which made us feel the unique atmosphere of the traditional Cyprus house from last century. At the same time it has all the necessary features of modern life, hence it felt very comfortable to stay. If you are tired of a casual hotel room then it is definitely worth staying at this place and enjoy this extraordinary experience. Very good village retreat far away from urban routine. You can relax on a big veranda enjoying the night sky and the mountain view and even more make a BBQ. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi which has definitely made our day. Thanks to the owner who was very pleasant and open to our special requests.

The room is very beautiful and cosy. The traditional details make you feel in another era. Our room had a beautiful veranda with mountain and village view. It was clean and tidy. They have available cypriot coffee, lemon squash etc.
