・about booking Several months after making the reservation, I received a message demanding an additional 2,500 EGP. This charge was never mentioned at the time of booking. If this were a mandatory fee, it should have been included in the accommodation price from the beginning. Requesting extra payment later is unacceptable. I asked Booking.com customer support to intervene, but the property ignored messages and even hung up during phone calls, showing no intention of resolving the issue properly. On the day of check-in, I was taken to a different and very dirty hotel, and was almost forced to move there. In addition, despite having a confirmed reservation, I was told the hotel was fully booked. Although I had reserved a triple room, we were split into two separate rooms instead. I do not recommend staying at this property. If you are offered conditions that differ from your reservation, do not accept them. If necessary, consider contacting the Consumer Protection Authority (CPA). ・about equipment you should bring your own things you need. for example, waterproof slippers, hair dryer, shampoo, water hot water is coming and shower pressure is good. ・about people The staff themselves were kind, and they kindly prepared breakfast for us because we were leaving early in the morning.

“Very happy”

We rested here perfectly. The place was colourful and quiet, the staff was extraordinarily kind, and we really enjoyed both the breakfast and the grilled fish we had for lunch. Next time in Aswan, we're definitely coming here again

Liked the authenticity of the hotel and staff. A very nice setting, on the Nile. Everyone was very helpful, and the the facilities were nice and clean. Food for dinner was terrific. Very easy to get to airport if you have an early morning flight (which we did). 15 minutes only.

“Family trip”

The hotel was a perfect choice to have an authentic experience for my family trip. The location is far from the noise of the central Aswan and the hotel itself is simple but well cared of, featuring an amazing view over a branch of the river. The staff is welcoming and ready to satisfy any needs of the guests. We decided to have lunch and dinner by the restaurant of the hotel and besides being very good value for money, the local couisine is very tasty and excelently made.

My plan was a bit complicated, however Mr Ahmed, the owner was kind to help me. i talked to him with whats app, asking airport transfer, tour to Abu Simbel, and taxi to Luxor. The schedule is tight because of the flight delay, he ordered everything perfect.

Ahmed and the rest of the staff was super helpful, always ready to help and to make the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The view is also nice, and you can enjoy some tranquillity on the terrace.

The manager went above and beyond to help me organize a tour to Abu Simbel, which was a dream come true. They even prepared a delicious packed lunch for the trip — such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The hospitality here is truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

Very interesting place . Not in the center but you can reach it by taxi or tuktuk very easily for pennies . The big boss Ahmed organized everything imidiatelly . Rooms were very comfortable the Nile view amazing .

Nice people, Ahmed organized everything for us, All Perfect ! Egyptian breakfast very good. And the chef prepared delicious meals, everybody was very nice !!! Thanks 😉

It was a quiet place with a decent restaurant

The location is perfectly close to the Nile, really charming. The personnel are really nice they are attentive and helpful. The food is really nice and the breakfast is complete and tasty.

“Perfect”

We booked spontaneously as we had difficulty with a flight. They were able to confirm and pick us up from the airport immediately, it was after midnight. The breakfast in the morning was substantial and the staff were very hospitable. we also got a drop off into the main city area. The river out the front of the accommodation is clean and blue.

Next to Nile river was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helped out of turn. Exceptional Egyptian breakfast.
