“Reconfirm what you've booked”
We booked a twin room. They confirmed this. On arrival, it was not available. We were offered a bunk bed! Two older women were so rude. The younger one gave us our maney back and we moved on.

“Excellent hotel facilities with very bad management”
The room was very spacious and newly renovated, we stayed in a studio apartment. 2/3 days the food was excellent. The swimming pool was big and clean. There weren’t any restrictions so overall it felt relaxing

“Friendly hotel with great views, lovely food and amazing staff.”
We arrived late and we were still offered food service! The staff went the extra mile to arrange a table for us and made us feel super welcome. Thank you! Also, the hotel has an amazing location - 20 mins from Plovdiv city centre, with amazing views of the valley. Priceless.

The room was clean and tidy with clean balcony. We could take the rest of our food from the restaurant, so we could finish it later. The pool was clean with good t° of the water.

“Nice staff but limited facilities in the room”
Lovely stay very helpful, nice restaurant ever thin we got there too late. An offer of a simple sandwich would have helped but not a big deal. It is quite out of the way of everything but lovely building.

Words are superfluous, the hotel is wonderful, do not hesitate if you are wondering where to stay in Asenovgrad. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant, swimming pool and staff that will make you feel at home.
