Room wasn’t very clean neither was the spa/pool area

All basics was in order. Clean, welcoming staff etc. Rooms quite large. Beautiful surroundings. Parking close by etc.

The pools is quite nice. The area seems nice and quiet. The were no noise from other guests.

Receptionist was friendly, helpful with fantastic English. Swimming pool was nice for the kids.

“Extremely disappointing”

Booked a room for 2 people, when I arrived the room was not the one I booked and had non of the facilities I had paid for, when I spoke to the concierge I was basically met with "unlucky" as there was a wedding there and the other rooms were booked. In the room there was a big stain on the curtains and the bed sheets (only for 1 person even though the room was booked for 2) also had a stain on them, there was mould in the shower. The only reason I stayed was because I had no other option as it was already the evening and I had been travelling all day. Unfortunately was misguided by the hotel description and would not return again.

Large suite for our stopover on our way to Austria. The sweet receptionist welcomed us when we arrive late and again at breakfast the next morning.

Spacious rooms, good breakfast, and nice garden and swimming pool.

After hard work you could relax in very nice hotel with nice staff. When ulubione a window fresh Air from the forest is coming inside your room. IF someone is looking good place for relax after long trip or surfing business trip i donrecommend it. Also very good breakfast is strong point of this place.

Relatively short distance from the autobahn. Value for money. Nice staff.

Nice wellness area. Good breakfast, but it was very hard to catch a table in the morning.

“Perfect getaway for family on the road.”

Off the road and away from everything, but not far. We had our own house, perfect for a family of four. Playground, pool, nice breakfast, friendly staff - everything was perfect!
