“Perfect for a short stay in Ascona”
We stayed for one night to cut our journey to and from Italy in half. The Hotel is well placed (3 min on foot to Ascona centre) and easy to find. The room was small but clean, comfy and quiet. The bathroom was large and immaculately clean. Breakfast was surprisingly large for a small hotel, and the staff was kind and welcoming.

“Perfect stay with dogs!”
The room was fabulous, we got one on the ground floor with a massive terrasse, that contained two sun loungers, a table and chair and was perfect for the dog that travelled with us. The room was comfortable of size, had a wonderful newly refurbished bathroom (the shower was next level amazing!), a large mirror in the room and even a small desk. It had all the amenities, even a small mini fridge where the staff put in two bottles of water each day. The breakfast was small but still with various options, different types of breads, meat, cheese, fresh fruit, boiled eggs and different muesli options. Definitely amazing!

Super friendly staff, each room has a parking spot, freshly renovated house, situated close to the water front but far enough to be quiet even when events are happening, good and diverse breaktfast buffet.

The hosts were so lovely and kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Our dog was also very welcome and the breakfast was high quality and lovely as well!

“Superb hotel in great location, excellent owner who really cares”
Located literally 5 minutes from the lake front and all the restaurants and bars. You are guaranteed a parking spot which is a major bonus! The new owner just took over the hotel and he is the most gracious host ever. The property is a little old (the new owner told us about it and his wish to renovate)but the service is impeccable. Very clean, very friendly, great breakfast. It was our 2 nights away from the kids and we couldn’t be happier with the place. Will definitely come back. Super thankful to the owner for the excellent hospitality and letting us have all those late breakfasts 😁

“Lovely stay in a great location with a fabulous host.”
Excellent location 7 mins from Ascona lake front, great host, friendly and welcoming. Fantastic terrace for breakfast and relaxing. Car park available right in front of hotel. Great shower - excellent value for money.
