The hotel is closely to the boulevard area. The staff is amazing. They were very friendly, helpful and flexible with check out time because of our little own and his morning nap.

The check in staff was super friendly. We were in the villa next door which is a very nice place with a convenient walking location next to a staircase directly up from the main street. The room was perfectly clean, although it was a bit hot. An air-conditioner was already in the room, and while this is not the level of "cool" on gets in hotels in SE Asia, and it was a bit noisy, it did cool the room down. And very nice and quiet.

Location very close to the old town but also quiet, quite spacious room, nice window view, breakfast room with a terrace and amazing views, rich breakfast buffet (bread, cereals, musli, cheese, meat, scrambled and boiled eggs, jogurt, fruits, jam,...), tasty coffee! Friendly staff. Clean.

The property is in a central location with a stunning view on the mountains and on the lake. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate our requests.

Very polite and cooperative staff. I was supposed to leave at 2 am in the morning. And the receptionist voluntarily offered me bread, cheese, butter and fruits the previous night. Rooms were clean and tidy. I could get my taxi booked easily whenever I needed.

very well located hotel, extremely friendly staff members, nice size of room which is beautifully furnished (although the hotel is a little older), very good price / performance ratio. just a great place to stay! we will come back :)
