“Perfect for travellers with dogs.”

We chose this apartment associated with the Golf Garni hotel because we were travelling with our small dog. It was absolutely perfect for us, great location just metres from the waterfront and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and came with us to show us where to park. The apartment was beautifully clean.

It is a very beautiful apartment, very spacious and quiet on an exceptional location in the old town right by the lake. The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was really good.

The hotel’s location is superb, just a few meters from the lake and surrounded by shops, cafés, restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. It’s also within walking distance (about 3.5 km) from Locarno. The village itself offers a wonderfully relaxing ambiance, making it an ideal place to unwind. Breakfast is elegant and delicious, featuring fresh seasonal fruits and a thoughtful selection of options. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

Great location, spacious accommodation. Very close to the lake and restaurants which was very convenient in the evening. No parking place onsite but parking available within 300m.

Loved our reception by host Pepe and his wife. They looked after us so well. A large comfortable room but without a view, a little way up a lane leading to the waterfront. Great central location in a really m interesting town.

Perfect localization a few steps from the lake, picturesque old town.

Great Location with walking distance to Promenade and Restaurants. Short walk to Bus stop. The Apartment was clean and Comfortable with view of Lake. there where some stairs to Apartment which was not a problem for us. it was nice to have A/C and a Parking spot near by. The owners were really nice and helpful.

“A gem among many jewels in Ascona”

The bed and breakfast hotel was ideally situated and the couple managing the property Rita and Giuseppe were consummate hosts. We had a self contained room with kitchen living and sleeping areas. Breakfasts were full of choice for fruits jams cheeses meats and cereals. The property bikes are available and come with helmets. Ancona is a lovely holiday destination and you are intimately connected to all it offers when staying at DGG.

The rooms were large, the bathroom was also large, the beds were good, the breakfast was excellent, with many options and very good quality breads and cheeses. The hosts were very friendly, they got us free travel passes for the duration of our stay, they paid attention to our needs.
