Perfect location looking out to the hills and down on the town. Rooms very comfortable and lovely interior decoration. Natural swimming pool was fabulous. 1st time we have been swimming with frogs. Breakfasts very fresh and filling Salvatore was a lovely host

We were taken good care of by Omar while Salvatore was away. Omar cooked us an exceptional breakfast every morning. We loved Omar and were able to communicate even though there were some language barriers.

The most beautiful views across the mountains and the city of Ascoli Piceno. Salvatore was welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast served outside was delicious and plentiful - different every day with freshly cooked eggs, fresh fruit (including fresh cherries from the numerous trees on the property). Fresh Italian pastries and home made jams. Really wonderful immersion in Italian countryside with butterflies everywhere! Amazing accommodation with a full very well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed.

Everything is amazing in this place! From the breakfast (different everyday, homemade products) to the room view, the surroudings, the location. It is definitely one of the best B&B's we have stayed!

Villa Fortezza is a wonderful and unique place with great views overlooking the ancient city of Ascoli Piceno. The breakfast prepared by the kind and very friendly host Salvatore is delicious and changes every day. The both houses are very tastefully decorated in different styles and there are a lot of places to enjoy the gardens and the natural pool. We enjoyed our time there a lot and are already looking forward to coming back.

This place was absolutely amazing. The views of Ascoli made the location very worth it. It is located up a hill so there are a few stairs to reach it from the city, but it is a very short walk. Breakfast was the BEST. Salvatore was a great host. The bio pool was quite nice. Excellent facilities - kitchen, washing machine etc.

We got every morning personally customized breakfast prepared by the host Salvatore. The atmosphere at Fortezza was peaceful and very much welcoming. We enjoyed the view and the premises very much!

Beautifully designed rooms in a very nicely restored house with views over the center of Ascoli Piceno. Salvatore is a very welcoming host, with good tips for eating and discovering Ascoli. During breakfast which is served outdoors he plays nice italian music that matches the atmosphere. Highly recommend for a visit in Ascoli. We stayed for three nights.

“Personal with great hospitality and lovely foods and views!”

We had a blast a staying here! The room was wonderful, spacious with gorgeous designs and the tub, oh my, the tub was just so relaxing and cozy! We eat vegan food and the owner, Salvatore, made such a magical breakfast for us each morning. We also loved how the time for the breakfast was not set, but how we could just tell him when we wished to have our breakfast and he served it promptly in the beautiful garden (we like sleeping-in during our vacation and not to have an early time/time-limited breakfast to adapt to). He was also generous with advice on what to explore and not. Moreover, the fully equipped kitchen and cure terrace was much enjoyable, as was Ascoli. This place is a gem and everything about it was such a delightful experience!

Unique accomodation - Salvatore, the host, goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome. Fantastic atmosphere and superb breakfast in his private garden. The views of the city from the house are magical both Day and Night. Great city, too! Highly recommended.
