Incredible room in the middle of Ascoli. Not too often you can indulge yourself with so low price. Amazing breakfast with pancakes and all you can imagine of. Parking by hotel is recommended, they even park it somewhere in their garage

We enjoyed our stay, the palazzo is historic and beautiful, in a perfect central location. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.

It's amazing to sleep in an renaissance palace. It's also a couple of steps from the main square. Good breakfast. Big room.

“Stay here if you want an authentic experience in Ascoli”

We absolutely loved this hotel. We felt like we were staying in a palace and the whole experience felt very authentic and was one of our most memorable stays in Italy. We appreciated the included toiletries and the room was spacious and had a very large window you can fully open. This was hands down one of the best breakfasts we had at a hotel in Italy. They had an assortment of savoury and salty foods and I had the best cream filled croissant in all of Italy here (the one with the yellow cream). The location was very central and you can easily walk to restaurants and shops within minutes. For the price and quality of our stay, this hotel is an absolute must when visiting Ascoli. We will definitely stay here again when whenever we visit.

What a delight to stay in this grand old palace right next to all the main attractions in this very special town. Being able to park the car right outside added to the relaxed atmosphere created by the highly personable and efficient staff. A memorable experience.

The staff, particularly Marta, Arianna, and Cristina were lovely and very helpful. Their tips on the best restaurants and things to do were great. The building itself is beautiful, breakfast was good, the city was very interesting.

“Lovely city”

The hotel has a very central location for short walking distance to all major visitor attractions in Ascoli Piceno. The room was huge, and the hotel had a nice backyard and friendly personnel, especially at breakfast. The personnel took care of our car and returned it at departure day without any hesitation.

Location and parking.

“A beautiful building, but the room was tired and in need of some care.”

The palazzo itself is charming, but unfortunately the room left a lot to be desired. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, with noticeable springs, and the bedding had a tear. Some towels had holes, which made everything feel a bit worn out. There was also a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and the toilet seat didn’t fit properly, it was far too small. The place clearly needs some renovation and updating. That said, breakfast was decent, and the highlight of our stay was Lucy, who made the best coffee and brought a warm, personal touch each morning. She really made a difference.

Very central hotel, perfect for visiting the wonderful city centre. Beautiful old building, I liked the inner courtyard with columns at all levels and the vaulted rooms for breakfast.
