Central location right in the heart of the city. An easy walk from the main public car park. Great design flair displayed in the creation of the cafe and bar areas - the mixing of contemporary design with an old building. The friendly young team with a good command of English.

The breakfast was of excellent. Not only there was a huge choice and selection but the quality of the food was superb. The Hotel is only a few minutes from the main square making the location ideal for visiting all the main sites.

The location is excellent for exploring the centre of Ascoli. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of choices, and accommodating for gluten free dietary.

The location was brilliant, set on a square and lovely views from the balcony. The staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Ciotti. Initially had an issue getting our car near the hotel to offload luggage (google maps strikes again) but we made it eventually. The staff were helpful and accommodating when we extended our stay to two nights. The breakfast is amazing (probably too much food). Our room was surprisingly spacious, but it is the location of Palazzo Ciotti that we liked the most.

Nice spacious room. Hotel located at the heart of Ascoli Piceno. Staff were excellent. Delicious breakfast. Only criticism was the bedside light which had bare wires showing.

The breakfast was way beyond my expectation, both in quantity and in quality. I have never before been served with so much food, all of which was excellent. However, I had to wait at least 10 minutes for a waitress to serve me, I guess because there were delays in the kitchen in producing the food. It was all the same for everyone, but on day 2 I was asked if I wanted eggs (as well as the muesli with yoghurt, the fruit bowl, and all the pastries with their election of spreads). My only real complaint was one of danger for guests who chose to use the stairs. Most of the time, especially during the day, when coming in from the bright, sunny weather outside, the steps were impossible to see, hence a dangerous hazard to guests. I once started up and found myself blundering up, step by step, while hanging onto the wall to help guide me. I could have broken a leg, or even my head or back. It's easy to fix this safety problem simply by using motion-operated lights that turn on when a person comes near the stairs. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay there.
