“Great place to stay.”
The location was superb, in amazing Piazza Arringo, which is the oldest piazza in Ascoli Piceno with the cathedral and palaces. Very close to Piazza del Popolo and other interesting places. This oblong square is full of cafes and restaurants. The room was cleaned every day, the air con worked well and the breakfast was good. The staff were nice and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect location close to key attractions and numerous cafes close by. Everything only a short walk away.”
The property was centrally located on Piazza Aringo. Easy to access the old part of the city in a pedestrian area. Lots of cafes and museums. Everything only a short walk away.

“Exceptional level of hospitality”
I stayed here with my 5 years old daughter for 3 nights and I was amazed by the cleanliness of the room the location and accessibility to the whole town, I was surprised how much effort was put into small little details like even asking what me and my daughter would like for breakfast, I'll definitely recommend this place and specially thankyou so much for the admin lady Cinzia and 2 cleaning ladies. You are doing wonderful job

This is very good location. Beautiful scope of the piazza is just in front of our room window! Not so far from the city center. Breakfast was very cute. Sufficient amount of mineral water, juice, milk are in refrigerator.

“Pretty good for a B&B I would consider returning or even referring a friend”
I loved our host Cinzia who interacted with me and adapting the breakfast to my vegetarian diet. Was delicious. A special Grazie to "Ze"(Enzo) who helped us with retrieving the key in key box as we had trouble with our phoned. Perfect gentleman. The parking was well set up underground that u can access through a tunnel and elevator
