“We loved our spacious and bright apartment. Super comfy.”
Such a beautiful apartment by the river, lots of windows for light and ventilation, our host was fabulous, we got lost trying to get there due to road works, our host biked to meet us in the rain, so she could guide us to the apartment. A great location so close to the old city, but away from the hustle and bustle. A beautiful river next to the apartment.

“Our sixth time to visit Ascoli Piceno - we're hooked!”
What a fantastic house! The location is perfect and less than a 5 minute walk to town. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating owner. Lovely to be so close to the river, and to hear it flow by the house! Mosquito nets on all windows were an added bonus, as was the nearby very secure enclosed parking. We will definitely return and stay at La Casa sul Fiume without hesitation.
