“Fantastic hotel!”

This hotel is a hidden oasis in Ascoli Piceno. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hostess was very accommodating even though our family visit lasted too long and we arrived late. Breakfast was fabulous. Walking distance to good restaurants in piazza dei popoli

“Sensational place to stay”

The owners are absolutely lovely, beautiful, gentile. The room was perfect with a wonderful balcony overlooking the river and the historic centre. The breakfast was sensational, even gluten free pancakes. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and so is the property. The staff were all friendly and very welcoming. Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a balcony. Our breakfast was delicious. The homemade yoghurt was the best one I have ever tried - delicate and creamy. You can see the Roman bridge from the property and hear the river. The walk to the city centre took us less than 10 minutes. The property is secure as well due to being gated.

The location was excellent, a two minute walk from the old city. A five minute walk to a supermarket. Parking was not a problem. Elizabeta was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious , clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

“A lovely place to stay where nothing is too much trouble.”

The property was in a really good location very close to the old town. The building is an old Convent with lots of traditional features. The better rooms are away from the busy road and offer lovely views of the city. The staff are exceptional and very attentive… breakfasts are superb.

The host was most helpful, meeting me at the front of the hotel, changing my room to accommodate request for a balcony, and making sure my stay was pleasant. The breakfast was super nice, with fresh fruit, croissant, and coffee.

The accommodation precisely corresponded to the description and photos. Ideal for visiting the centre of Ascoli Piceno, and with easy access by car at the same time (parking in the street was quite easy). The breakfast was tasty with a view of Ascoli from the terrace, just wonderful

“Very pleasant stay in Ascoli Piceno”

Excellent location near the entrance to the old town. A big beautiful garden with a big terrace, where breakfast is served and with a jacuzzi. Our room was oriented toward the old town, very quiet. Staff very nice and helpful. Overall, very pleasant stay.

good experience and location to see the town

We had a wonderful time in this lovely BnB, which is a very short walk to the town centre. The spacious apartment was tastefully furnished and the balcony offered a nice view back to the town. There was a nice breakfast included, sitting out on the terrace. The owners are friendly and very helpful with information too. Also there are cats! One of whom will offer as many cuddles as you wish. In summary, a highly recommended option.

Excellent location with an easy walk to the centre of the city. Delightful view of the old Roman bridge and the medieval towers. Very good breakfast in pleasant surroundings with excellent service.

“Historical building with character & charm”

Fabulous historical building with nice facilities & lovely outlook across to the old city. Room was spacious with a small balcony which made for pleasant sitting. A kitchen had enough equipment for preparing meals if desired. As well there was a large patio where breakfast was served & could also use for sitting. Breakfast was plentiful with lovely home made yogurt & eggs made at your request. As well as dolci. The people were all lovely & our stay was most enjoyable.

Elizabetta. made us egg and bacon. We had juice and...cereal with home made yoghurt....Also cappuccino and huge croissants. Elizabeth's and staff couldn't do enough for you.

Lovely building, great outdoor space. The apartment was very clean, well laid out. Walking distance to the historic centre, parking was available outside the accommodation. Elisabetta, the host, was very welcoming.. We will DEFINITELY return, at a different time of year 👍

The apartment was amazing, a bit of a shame because we couldn't stay longer, lovely staff very helpful, Breakfast was brilliant. The red cat 🐈 gorgeous.

Perfectly placed just across the old Roman bridge from the old town. Comfortable stay with a panoramic terrace for an excellent homemade breakfast. Being so close to the old town allowed easy access by foot to explore this little gem of a hill top town which must have one of the nicest squares of any town in Italy.
