Such a lovely clean comfortable apartment with every amenity and fabulous views from the balconies. Everything was perfect. From arrival to departure Lola was such a kind and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again.

“A beautiful apartment located a short walk from the centre of this beautiful city.”
We hadn't expected breakfast so it was a bonus to have the basics there to see us through our stay. The apartment was light and spacious and had everything we needed. Lola was a welcoming host who was available to answer any queries and who let us know about local events.

“All of the host - Lola’s efforts made it a very enjoyable stay!”
It was a lovely light and bright apartment and I really liked the balconies with their views. It had an eclectic atmosphere with all its interesting furnishings and decorations which gave it a happy feel. And it was well equipped with all the things needed for your stay.

“Beautiful apartment and hostess”
Lola’s gorgeous apartment is centrally located in the city of Ascoli Piceno. There is a lift to the 5th floor, plenty of space and lovely views to the mountains. There are plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. Lola is a wonderful lady, very kind and happy to help as needed.

It is difficult to add to previous reviews. Great location. Fantastic views from the balconies. Something interesting in every room this is a truly unique experience. We did not want to leave and look forward to returning. Lola is a great host. Welcoming, warm and very helpful. Exceptional and highly recommended.

This is not just an average apartment. It's almost a small museum. It takes some time to discover all the small and nice details in the apartment. Kitchen has all facilities washing machine included. No microwave though. Also all is available in bathroom, laundry machine included. Balconies on every side of the apartment. Very nice views. On the 5th floor of an apartment, there is an elevator. On walking distance of the center of the city. Lola is a very friendly and helpfull host. Highly recommended.

“Delightful host and property in a beautiful part of Italy”
Beautiful art-deco apartment a short stroll from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Arringo and handy to a pharmacy and small supermarket. 15 minute walk to the train station as well. Very quiet and cosy 5th floor 4 room apartment with every imaginable detail catered for. Lola is lovely and will both ensure your privacy but also is readily available for any queries.
