“Fantastic place to enjoy some peace and quiet in Tuscany with exceptional views.”

Three of us stayed here for 4 nights in Sept 2023. This is a hidden gem and rated one of the top two places we stayed out of 9 places over 3 weeks. The whole place is very quiet and peaceful - hardly any noise apart from the occasional traffic. The views were exceptional. We woke up one morning with the mist hovering over the landscape in the early morning sun. Then we had supper on our terrace and watched the sun set over the Tuscan landscape. Check-in was easy. We met the lovely Barbara in Asciano and drove behind her to the property where she showed us all the facilities including the pool. The only thing to be aware of is there is no Wi-Fi/Internet facility. However, we just used our mobile data allowance which wasn't a problem. We also swam in the pool, read books and played chess! Who needs the Internet? We visited Asciano, Siena and San Gimignano which were all close by. Barbara was also super helpful when we called her for some help and guidance. I'd highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy a quiet, Tuscan location.
