One room with beds for everyone, late check in, parking with cameras, wonderful shower, clean, a small kitchen with cups, coffee machine, coffee and tea and there was everything you need.

“Perfect 1 day stay!”
Extremely clean and comfortable. The family room was spacious enough for 2 more guests :) ( we were 5, 2 adults and 3 kids). We had all necessary information for a worry free Check in an stay.

We encountered a serious bedbug problem at the hotel, which caused us significant trouble. What was even more disappointing was the hotel's complete lack of response to the issue. We confirmed the presence of bedbugs on the mattress and provided photos of the bugs and the bites, yet the hotel refused to acknowledge any responsibility and took no action. Staying at this hotel is extremely risky. We requested bedbug extermination/disinfection of rooms, an apology, and a refund, but all of our requests were ignored. While the hotel's poor quality was bad enough, the attitude and professionalism of the staff were even worse.

We stay for one night. Calm place. Room was spacious, newly renovated and clean. Hairdryer and iron things is not in the room but stuff delivered it very fast :) Bus stop is 3 min walk. Calm small private house area, would say safe for midnight walk. To reach the old town with taxi you will cots 28/40 eur - takes 20 min.

The staff is excellent, speaks English, German and Russian. All facilities are new, good kitchen equipment. Fridge with freezer. Very clean and comfortable. Coffee machine with capsules. Landry in the basement but we don't use it. 30 minutes by car from the centre of Munich. By public transport it takes around 1hour.
