Including a large terrace and garden with scenic views of the surrounding Aschau countryside, Kleines Hotel Edeltraud offers rooms just a 10-minute drive from the Chiemsee Lake. Free Wi-Fi is included. Rooms at Kleines Hotel Edeltraud are bright and spacious with a flat-screen TV and some also have their own private balcony. Each has a bathroom featuring a bath or shower, a hairdryer and towels. You can have breakfast from the buffet in our Gasthof Kampenwand Aschau (approx. 500 meters away) at a price of € 8.00 per person and per day from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. We ask for a reservation in advance. An array of activities can be enjoyed in the surrounding area, including skiing, cycling and hiking. The Chiemgau high rope course is 2 km away, and Austrian ski slopes are one hour away by car. The A8 motorway is a 7-minute car journey away, and Kleines Hotel Edeltraud provides free private parking. Aschau (Chiemgau) Train Station is only 900 metres from the property.

“Highly recommend this gorgeous little guesthouse”
This is a delightful little guesthouse in the most idyllic Bavarian town. Do note that you have to check in at the sister hotel a few minutes away, and this is also where the restaurant/breakfast is. But the hotel itself is lovely, very clean and comfortable. The food and service at the restaurant was also excellent.

“Very pleasant hotel with spacious and clean rooms.”
Very pleasant, spacious and clean room. Village was convenient for the autobahn. Managed to arrange collection from key safe as delayed on journey - would be easier if they offered this as standard given the check-in (and breakfast) is at another hotel 5-10 minutes walk away. We had a quadruple room, which was perfect for 4 adults for an overnight stop - with the bed and large, comfortable sofa-bed being in separate rooms. Nice bakery in town.

“Cosy Place to Stay”
Cosy, spacious room; lovely solid furniture; a good place for a rest. Check-in and breakfast are in a different guest house a couple of minutes walking away. Easy enough to find though.

“Overall not very pleasant stay”
The room was spacious and clean. But that's about it I'm afraid. The staff at the reception (which is in another building) was very friendly and welcoming, they deserve 5 stars.
