“Impeccable cleanliness, great location (sea, train), charming Italian atmosphere”

I’m so glad I chose this place—I’ll definitely be coming back again and again! Ascea is such a quiet, neat, and peaceful village with beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and plenty of little shops. The accommodation is just 2 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the train station, which makes it really easy to get to Salerno or Napoli. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need: nice dishes, pots, dish towels, and even a small oven. The bed is cozy, and both the modern bathroom and the terrace/garden are clean and bright. Most importantly, the hospitality of the owners: I am very grateful for the extraordinary hospitality of the hotel owners Francesco and Anna! They genuinely care about making guests feel at ease, created so nice friendly homey atmosphere for guests! I just loved every minute of my visit.

Very friendly owners. Franceso was so kind. We have never experienced anyone so welcoming and helpful in all our visits to Italy. The apartment's location is ideal for the beautiful beach or the centre. It is a peaceful place. The terrace outside is private and there are even sunbeds and an outside shower. Ascea is really beautiful . We will definitely return.

We liked the place a lot, a small but neat village, all shops available and a supermarket nearby. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The price-to-quality ratio was excellent. The space was beautifully styled with a minimalist taste. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The furniture was new, and we felt like we were the first guests. The location is very quiet, yet just a few meters from the sea and the center of the village. We especially appreciated the proximity to the train station. The hosts were very friendly, and nothing was a problem; they communicated excellently in written English. We also met their father, who impressed us with his cheerfulness and energy. He explained everything we needed to know on-site. We had a short but pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend it.

We came to Ascea off season and our stay was just wonderfull! The aparmentv was very clean and comfortable., the owner was helpfull and kind. The site Is located very close to both seaside and the town center. The train station Is just 10 minutes walk.

The hosts Francesco, Antonio, and Arianna were very warm and welcoming. When we arrived they welcomed us with some fresh handmade mozzarelle of a local renowned cheese factory, which we really appreciated as we reached the location late in the evening. The landlord lives in the same building and he will be very happy to help you with everything you need. The apartment is very cosy but recently refurbished and has everything you need for a short stay. The apartment was very tidy and spotless, I have never seen this level of cleanliness before, it was a 5-star hotel experience. You have all the freedoms you are looking for in an apartment so you can cook using the utensils provided, wash your clothes in the washing machine if needed, and relax in the back courtyard to have a chilled afternoon. The place is very close to the beach and local shops, but it's tucked away in a private courtyard which gives you all the privacy and relaxation you are looking for. Definitely recommended and I hope to visit again in the future.
