“A pleasant and comfortable stay”
We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and helpful, and the buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options. We would happily recommend this hotel.

“If you like dark room”
The positives points were the pleasant welcome at reception. The bedding was comfortable, but this is subjective and very personal, and the room was clean. Hotel is next the railway station.

“Wonderful”
Great location very close to Aeon mall. There was a good parking lot next to the hotel which was cheaper than the parking lot in Aeon mall. Great breakfast. Good staff.

Clean, tidy and very well presented, staff were helpful. Close to the mall and overlooking the beautiful winter lights. Highly recommend.

Location -opposite the train station. Allowed us to park at shopping mall for little cost. Near to shops & eating places.

Room was very small and very hot. Even with the a/c turned off we ended up opening the window. There was very limited room to keep bags and possessions out of the way and we are used to the small nature of Japanese hotel rooms. Bathroom was clean but obviously had a problem with mould. Was very handy for the train station and the main pedestrian strip in town. The staff were delightful though and very helpful.
