Overview
Dormy Inn Asahikawa is a 10-minute walk from JR Asahikawa Train Station. It offers modern accommodation with a large public hot-spring bath and free in-room wired internet. Guestrooms offer both air conditioning and heating facilities. Each room is equipped with a fridge, an electric kettle with green tea, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. A humidifier and a trouser press are also provided. Guests can enjoy a relaxing bath at the natural hot spring bath located on the hotel’s top floor. Sauna facilities are also available. Other facilities include a coin-operated laundrette. Complimentary Japanese Yonaki (Ramen) noodles are available from 21:30-23:00 on a first-come, first-served basis. Hot coffee is also served from 15:00-23:00 to guests arriving to the property. Asahikawa Dormy Inn is a 40-minute drive from Asahiyama Zoo and about a 10-minute drive to Kamikawa Shrine.

“Excellent stay with good quality breakfast and facilities .”
Excellent staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and of good quality. Onsen was good. Facilities included self service laundry (complimentary washing, chargeable for drying); free ice cream and ramen.

“Great value for money”
The location, very close to the ski bus stop. Room is small but design very practical. Free ice-cream after onsen as well as late night ramen.

“Great facilities, free washing machine use, excellent public bath, and convenient location with parking”
Great facilities and we were very happy with the onsen facilities, free snacks (ice cream, ramen) and free washing machine use. The dryer needed coins to operate but this was not a big deal. The facilities and room were clean and comfortable. The property was also in a convenient area, and a short walk to the food and shops. Parking was also convenient. You can park at their carpark for 1000 yen a day or at the public carpark across the road for 800 yen a day.

“I still love staying here even though the breakfast wasn’t as good as before.”
I like that we get to have free ramen for supper and it is also very delicious, cooked fresh and quick. I also like how they have natural outdoor onsen, steam sauna, sauna and cold plunge. The onsen area are clean and well maintained. Also the onsen is usually not crowded, only few people at a time which is great. The location is pretty good too. There is 7-eleven opposite the hotel which is great for an early morning or late snack/beer. I also like how we can wash our clothes for free.

“Very convenient stay”
Very convenient location for bus to airport and restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Good coffee available all day. Great Onsen. Staff very helpful. Carpark next to hotel, excellent.
