I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience regarding accessibility. Despite presenting my national disability card, the staff did not recognise it and refused me access to the disabled parking area. This led to me having to park about 200 meters away across the street in another hotel's car park which was quite inconvenient.
