Great location, very close to the station. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Lots of free amenities — drinks, amenity goods, etc. Loved having a private room rather than a shared dorm setup.

“Nice place for my first nights in Hokkaido”

Breakfast and evening-ramen were a nice touch. I did not have a plug adaptor and was provided with one at the reception. It is close to a ski-bus station and to the train station. They let me leave my luggage before check in and after check out for a few hours. Reception area (lobby) is quite nice.

Hot water goes off at a t 5 to 7.mins of use. Highly undesirable. If not, a great location to stay if u dunmind hard rock metal or very noisy music. Also do not expect prim and proper guests. I entered with a guy guest seated in a very awkward manner. Not pleasant feeling.

“Spotlessly clean and great location”

Spotlessly clean throughout my stay, warm and comfortable. Incredibly friendly staff, delicious breakfast (I’m a convert to TKG), wifi works, great laundry facilities. Location very convenient for travel/buses being a block from the station, exploring town and eating out. Would absolutely stay again- thank you for a great experience!

The location is excellent, near the station, supermarket, and chemist. I loved the food offerings: the raw egg breakfast was a fantastic first-time experience, and the coffee was good. The common area is spacious and warm, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. They sell great gin and, importantly, provide hot water which is essential in winter. Additionally, the whole areas were clean.
